The Law of Attraction uses the power of visualization to create what you want from an image in your mind to something tangible in your present reality. Here’s how to use the power of visualization to change your future and your life.
This article is part two of a series of visualization secrets. Building on part one, we’ll take creative visualization a step further with a simple, easy to do creative visualization exercise.
What Do You Want To Manifest?
Before you start, take a few moments to decide what you want to manifest in your future. Make it as clear as possible so that you can easily recognize it when it appears.
It can be anything that you want, but it’s easier if you start with something that you already believe is possible. This is the first step in visualizing and manifestation.
Relax and Get Comfortable
Find a quiet place where you will not be disturbed for at least 10-15 minutes. Relax and make yourself comfortable.
Look up at a spot on the ceiling and relax your eyes. Take three slow deep breaths and allow your body to relax. Whenever you are ready, close your eyes.
Think of what you want to manifest in your life. Make the image as detailed as possible.
Using the Power of Visualization
See yourself in the image as if you are watching a movie. What do you look like? What are you doing?
How does your life seem different? What changed in your life once you manifested what you wanted?
Step Into Your Own Movie
Walk closer and step into the image of yourself. Now you have what you have desired.
From this vantage point, experience what you have manifested.
Make the colors brighter and more vivid.
Hear the sounds around you.
Notice any smells or tastes.
Feel what it feels like to have what you wanted. Allow yourself to feel the all the sensations.
Accept and Embrace Your Desire
Right now at this moment, you have what you have desired. It is already manifested.
Relax and accept it into your life. Take a few moments to enjoy having it. You can linger here as long and as often as you like.
Whenever you are ready, move to the next step.
Shift Your Perspective
Ask yourself what actions did you take to create this in your life? Simply relax and let your mind show you the path you took to get here.
Follow where your mind leads as if watching a dream. Look back and see how the steps lined up to lead you from where you were to where you are now.
Notice what changes you have made to get to this point. Notice the changes in your lifestyle, your actions, your thoughts.
What beliefs have you changed? Do you view anything differently? Do you do anything differently now?
Take note of these changes and these steps. Notice how you have successfully navigated through obstacles and overcome challenges to manifest this in your life.
Realize that you have accomplished it. Feel this feeling of accomplishment. Simply relax and allow yourself to feel the feeling.
Step Back and Let Go
When you are ready, step out of this image of yourself and let the image dissolve. Just let it go. Remember that at any time, you can return and experience having it again, but for now, just let it go.
As the image dissolves, take three slow deep breaths and once again center yourself in your body.
When you are ready, simply open your eyes.
You can practice this exercise as often as you like.
Determine what you want and allow yourself to experience the sensation of having it. Ask yourself how you attained it and notice the actions that were needed to get there.
Feel the feeling of accomplishment. Then detach from the outcome and let it go, knowing that you can manifest your desire into your life.
